Windows 10: how to store personal names in the speech recognition software?

My texts include names that need spelling every time, including my first name 'Ulrike". It is frustrating. Just once, I had the offer of saving a name and its pronunciation. Is there a way of doing this for all names in your regular texts?

• Press Windows+X key on the keyboard
• Click on control panel
• Select speech recognition
• On the left hand pane you will see Advance speech option
