    How to switch devices when video chat in Messanger ? without turn off the video chat


    last month ago I was able to switch devices in messanger video call from phone to pc or pc to phone without disconnecting I just press the call button. I don't know that is official feature or notbut now I cannot do it anymore its say "he/she in another call", I tried reinstalling messsenger.exe and downloaded directly from ms store and even the beta version , non of those solve my problomcan someone help me

    video chat

    I was able to video chat on messenger 2 days ago without a problem, now when I click on VIDEO Chat , I get this message " Microphone Permissions"... In your device setting, make sure Messenger is allowed to use yor microphone. I never had to do this before..
    any suggestion ? my video am is plug and plug.. no software needed with windows 10, it has a built-in mic. as I said it was working fine a couple days ago (make and recieve video chat)

    No sound on video chat

    No expert at all so having big problems on video chat as whilst I can hear and see them they can only see me, not hear. Taken a screen pic of sound settings which hopefully will reveal what's wrong....

    No sound on video chat

    Can you scroll that screen shot down more so we see more of the Input device.

    What microphone are you using?

    If you click on the down arrow here, what other options do you have for Mic, hopefully you will see your Mic, something like webcam.
