  1. How to switch fn toggle WITHOUT bios

My BIOS doesn't have a option to switch between hold fn+f1-12 and I don't have a OEM windows I have retail Windows 10. It's very annoying to press fn+f4 etc to switch volume, brightness, wifi etc I want to just press the f4 alone etc. So is there A way without using the BIOS to make this happen?
Also I have a custom PC
    Cyberpower fangbook pro 3

    FN Key issues ?

Check your laptop documentation. There is usually a way to toggle how the FN key works. Sounds like it got switched to the opposite mode.

Just the fn key, not the F1 or the F12! Don't drag this out.

It does nothing to the backspace key, Tab etc.

Normally only found on laptops, in most cases it will be coloured. F1 to F12 will have a small pictogram in a matching colour indicating things like Wireless, Numlock, Brightness, Volume up/down, Play/Pause.

By default the particular F key will perform the task indicated by the pictogram when the Fn key is held and the function key pressed (lower case "n" is a common mathematical term for a number in a range). There is no fixed function for each key, Dell for
years used Fn + F5 to switch which screen was to be used and each manufacturer uses their own mix.

On many laptops the BIOS has a toggle setting, the extra function being available by pressing Fn or the function (i.e. F1 = Help) needs the Fn key.

Because it only activates the pictogram it will not do anything with other keys without one.

How to switch fn toggle WITHOUT bios

Can't find a manual and only pic I can find of your keyboard F row leads me to the guess that you can toggle the mode by depressing Fn+F1. On my Dell, the mode is toggled by depressing Fn+Esc - there is a little lock symbol on my Esc key. If Fn+F1 doesn't work, is there any symbol on F keys that resemble my lock or something else that you can try by process of elimination?

  5. I tried every combination in the book. Nothing works. And as I heard you simply can't with this PC. Just a rumor.
