Windows 10: How to switch network band of Mobile hotspot from 5GHz to 2.4GHz in Windows 10?

My pc is able to emit mobile hotspot of both network band 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz but when my pc connects to Wi-fi network of 5Ghz then I don't find any option to change the frequency band of mobile hotspot to 2.4GHz, as it is shown in the warning that devices that don't support 5GHz network band will not be able to connect. I didn't find any option to change the frequency. And when the pc connects to 2.4GHz Wi-fi band then the pc starts to provide hotspot of just 2.4GHz, there's also no option to switch the hotspot from 2.4GHz to 5GHz. If anyone knows an option to change the frequency of network band

Turning on mobile hotspot on 5GHz band fails with "The selected network band is not available. Select a different band and try again."

is the support provided by intel. They've asked me to set the channel to 32. but I don't see a way to do it.

I am quoting a post from a similar thread on the Intel support forum:

"1. Click on "Edit" in Network properties and select 2.4 GHz band and then enable the Mobile hotspot.

2. Next, click again on "Edit" in Network properties and select 5 GHz band and then try to enable the Mobile hotspot. It worked for me."

That would be on the same page as the screenshot...should be an option near the bottom. This is the thread in question:

Different Wi-Fi adapter but still Intel which means settings etc which be similar

I don't know if it worked before because i just recently tried to switch to 5Ghz. The network adapter is "Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165". It should support 5Ghz, wouldn't be dual band otherwise.
