Windows 10: How to synchronize my personalised handwriting recognition profile from Windows 7 to...

I have been using the Text Input Panel of Windows 7 to input Chinese handwriting for many years. I am going to buy a new Windows 11 PC. I know that Windows 11 has a similar but actually different handwriting input panel. I do not want to re-train the Windows 11 handwriting recognizer to learn my handwriting strokes from scratch. Is there any way to synchronize the personalised handwriting that the Windows 7 handwriting recognizer has learned to the new Windows 11 PC?

If i see this from a sales perspective, i really can't understand Microsoft on this.

The Surface is supposed to be your flagship, a tablet that is, with broken handwriting recognition, since july/august?

So you are selling a tablet where the handwriting personalisation is broken and didn't fix it in over 4 month? really?

Instead, in the latest update i see things like:

• Addressed issue to update the new Belarusian ruble symbol to Br and the new ISO 4217 code to BYN.

Fixes like this are your priority?

Do you know how this looks and how much damage this will do to the brand?

Control Panel\Clock, Language, and Region\Language\Language options>Personalise Handwriting Recognition>

Teaching your handwriting does not work. It does not provide a sentence to write. This is a clean install of AU (updated to .51) on a Surface Pro4. Anyone experiencing same problem?
