Windows 10: How to take care of laptop battery?

Hello, my laptop is an Acer Predator Helios 300 with an Rtx 3060. I mostly use this to game and do work on it. Recently I've noticed that my battery wear levels have increased on HWMonitor. Before, it was at 8%, but after I played games on it for 2-3 hours for a few days a week, it started to rise quickly. The laptop battery charge goes down quickly whenever I'm playing a game, so I have to plug it in while I'm playing whichever game, which causes the temperature to rise exponentially. Today I had to plug in my charger twice because the battery level had dropped 29%. Once I'd finished playing

5. Open the Device Manager by typing Devmgmt.msc into Start Menu or from Control Panel.

7. Shutdown the laptop.

8. Insert the battery.

9. Power on the laptop.

3. Start the laptop with only AC adapter connected to laptop.

4. When you login to Windows OS connect the battery while Windows OS working.

Install latest versions of your laptop device drivers you can download the latest device drivers from the device manufacturer or from your laptop manufacturer website.
