Windows 10: How to tell if a photo in the gallery is already in an album

Let's say that I have thousands of photos. Some of them are photos of, say, a pile of rocks that I took over the course of several years. Some of those photos I thoughtfully added to an album called "Pile of Rocks". Others, I forgot. Now I want to go through all my photos and add the ones I forgot to the appropriate album.Problem: as I go through the gallery, there is no way to tell which photos have already been added and which haven't. I essentially have to add ALL the photos of the pile of rocks to the album. I would like to have some way to see from the gallery whether a particular photo i

Unable to move photos from one album to another in Windows Photo Gallery

• Are you referring to Windows Live photo Gallery?
• How are you trying to move photos from one album to another?
• When you say, "unable to do " do you get any error message?

To copy photos from one folder to another we have two different ways.

1. Open the folder > select the photos and right click on it > now click on
copy.

Open the album where you want to move it > right click here and click on
paste.

2. Select all the photos > keep on pressing mouse left click on it > drag it from one album to another.

To cut and paste the photos follow the below steps.

Open the folder > select the photos and right click on it > now click on
Cut.

Open the album where you want to move it > right click here and click on paste.

Photo Gallery Missing Files

we're almost there...yes!!
windows 2012 essential, installed all correctly, it is now found in my program & features. I wasn't sure what the next step would be. But i did check to see if Photo Gallery would work, but i received these errors which i have attached. I also attempted to download the file that was needed which i chose the first one, but after reading the details and OS requirement i was unsure if it.
