Windows 10: How to tell Microsoft that there bitkey recovery function is not working?

Currently both the bit locker combinations for my pc as well as my laptop are unable to be accessed. I need the bitkey for my latop. All the page says is, "Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us." With there being no way to contact any representative of Microsoft I could find. Please let me know if there is a way to contact Microsoft so they can fix this problem.

i factory reset my laptop today and i tried to set it up again and now its telling me to enter the recovery key to get it going again..but i have NO IDEA what that is???

     • Additionally, you can clear your search history and disable online search suggestions to further depersonalize the search function.

As for managing recovery points saved in your Microsoft account, it's worth noting that Windows backups and recovery points are usually stored locally on your device rather than in your Microsoft account.
