Windows 10: How to temporary boot into hard disk if my first boot option is USB?

I'm making a image for installation of windows 10.
I make a USB flash drive with WINPE. and once the device starts into WINPE, it will automatically start to install windows 10 by calling "dism /apply-image".
Normally i just shutdown the computer after installation, but now i want to reboot the device and boot into the windows i just installed. But i can't, because if i reboot the device, it will boot into WINPE again and start another turn of installation of windows.
How could i temporary boot into my windows 10?

Boot Sequence –

I am trying to change my boot sequence to where my optical drive is the first option for my Repair Disk.

When I go to the menu listing my boot sequence, I get:

Boot Option 1 Windows Boot Manager

Boot Option 2 Onboard NIC (IPV4)

Boot Option 3 Onboard NIC (IPV6)

These are the boot options I get with the Repair Disk either in or out after I go through the restart process. How do I get the boot process to recognize the Repair Disk as the first option?

Windows 10 installation is on and endless loop and won't work.

What you should do after the first restart, is load the BIOS then configure your boot options to have your hard disk as the first boot device, learn how:

BIOS/UEFI Setup Guide: Boot from a CD, DVD, USB Drive or SD Card

 

Seems like you are doing it backwards. Set the hard drive as the primary boot device and temporarily boot the USB flash drive the first time. Then on restarting the first time during the Windows 10 install it will boot to the hard drive and ignore the USB flash drive.

 

Actually, I have to set default option to USB. Because my device is a tablet without keyboard. it's really hard to enter BIOS setup UI.
So set USB as default options provide better experience

 

Maybe i can change the way of doing it.
Is there any way to change the BCD of WINPE in USB Flash to temporarily boot into hard disk windows?

I did this:

• after installation, i use ""bcdedit /set {cbd971bf-b7b8-4885-951a-fa03044f5d71} device partition=W:" ""bcdedit /bootsequence {cbd971bf-b7b8-4885-951a-fa03044f5d71}". Where W is the partition where i install my windows.
• But W: is temporary in WINPE, after reboot, it can't find W partition, and reboot into WINPE again.

Is there any resolution?

 

I successfully change the USB BCD and boot into windows from USB
But when windows is booting, i got this error "windows could not update the computer's boot configuration"
