  1. How to test the lifetime of a wifi receiver in a laptop?

    Hello,

Over the last few weeks, the Internet has suddenly stopped working.

Of course, the wi-fi signal tends to fluctuate. However, it's not that the signal is "lost" it hasn't happened since I had a new router, but suddenly it stops working, even though it's still connected.

I always tried other devices and they worked. Only a network reset has always solved the problem.

What causes this problem? I'm afraid there is a problem with the wi-fi receiver in the laptop. Recently, something similar happened to my old smartphone and the result was that the wi-fi didn't work at all although mobile data worked and only the replacement of the HW would solve it.

So I hope it's not the same problem here.

    Please help.

    Thank you

    :)

  2. 2 WiFi adapters, one to receive, the other as hotspot

Using the external WiFi adapter as the receiver and the laptop's build in WiFi as the hotspot in Windows 10 is a great recommendation. Moreover, if you wish this feature to be included in the upcoming updates, we encourage you to submit your comments and suggestion
