Windows 10: How to Track down obscure Windows Freezing Issue?

Hi all, How could I track down an error that is very intermittent and also completely freezes/locks windows in it's state until forcing a reboot? By locking, I mean the monitor freezes when I come in to work the time clock is stuck when it froze, it's unresponsive to mouse/keyboard input so no Ctrl+Alt+Del, I lose the ability to ping it but the switch it's connected to shows there is traffic by the flickering light. It only happens when I have 1 set of proprietary software running and communicating with other equipment for long durations. Process Monitor ProcMon seems to be a likely c

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
