Windows 10: How to transfer accounts?

Good morning,When I first created my microsoft account over a decade ago, I used my business email address. I was a co-owner of the business. Five years ago, I closed that business and opened a new business where I am the sole owner. Obviously I have a new email address. However, I continued paying for the old business's website and email address. I have been able to transfer most of my accounts from the old to the new, but starting next month, the old email address will be inactive. I purchased a new desktop last year, and was unable to sign in using my new business's email address, bu

Multiple questions about installing - transfer accounts etc.

According to you, the accounts were Windows built-in admin, a local admin and standard user. None of them needs to be moved.

The built-in admin account, as the name says, will be there when you boot the laptop first time. It is disabled by default, you just need to enable it. For two other accounts, simply create same accounts on laptop.

Attach the HDD to laptop using an external USB enclosure, copy contents of data folders to respective folders on laptop.

You mentioned that the desktop accounts were / are local accounts, not Microsoft accounts. See the options to get Pro here:

If you can still access Windows on desktop, boot it up, make it a Microsoft account and link license to that MS account. Tutorials:

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
