Windows 10: how to transfer certain files to a new Hotmail account

My email was hacked by someone from another country. On the left hand side - where it shows INBOX, SENT, DRAFT etc....this is how it looks: it won't pasteAll of my filesand some emails are in a foreign language. When I enter English as language, they do not change. I closed down 2 bank accounts- but they are reading my emails and I dont know what to do. I dont want to transfer all my files until all is in English. Can someone help me?Thank you chris lavigne

I suggest that you change your password if you use any "Live" accounts.

 

Deleting hotmail accounts?

I think it'll just get put down as avaliable so another person can create an account with that name. At least I think that was how it used to work. I have a Hotmail account that I use about once a year (don't have any Live stuff connected to it either) or so and it has never been removed. But I think I could create a new account with the same name and it would be avaliable.

EDIT: No, I cannot create a new account with the same name. It was at least six months ago I used it last time.
