Windows 10: How to transfer emails from Windows Live mail

Hi I have wanted to move some emails from my UWClub account to my Gmail account but I dont know what the password for Windows Live is. I have tried to go through Microsoft to recover my account but to no avail. I had the following response - Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership. Is there a way around this so I move my emails across.

• When you say "own email program", are you referring Windows 10 Mail app or Office Outlook?
• If it's Windows 10 Mail app, then are you concerned about transferring Windows Live Mail emails to Windows Mail app?
• Did you configured same account with both Email Clients?

Windows Essentials - Microsoft Windows to select Windows Live Mail for install.

Transfer Using Microsoft or Windows Live Account

Changes within the account settings may cause this issue. It's also possible that there are 2 identical e-mail accounts set up. Open
Windows Mail>Tools>Accounts and see if there are two identical accounts configured. For us to better assist you, we'd like to ask a few questions:

• Have you made any significant changes on your device prior to the issue?
• How many accounts do you have in Windows Live Mail?
• What have you tried so far to troubleshoot the issue?
