Windows 10: how to troubleshoot for bluescreen error?

this happened thrice already. it is random it says " your device ran into a problem and need to restart. we're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you."

• What is the exact error message showing on your end?
• Were there any changes/updates to your device prior to the issue?
• Any troubleshooting steps you've done so far to resolve the issue?

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

The usual causes for bluescreen errors are Graphic card drivers and Network adapter drivers. We can go ahead and try to update the drivers.
