Windows 10: How to truly 'hide' taskbar and not have annoying line on Win 11 with OLED monitor

I just updated to windows 11. I like my taskbar hidden, but it now has an annoying line across the bottom of my OLED screen. I'm worried about burn in and want to hide it. I've downloaded 3 taskbar apps to help hide it but none have worked. Please help or I will have to revert back to window 10. Love all of windows 11 so far but this is a super annoying design decision.

There are 100000 complaints online about this and MS must be aware. Even if hidden, the taskbar displays a thin white line over the current active apps. This line causes burn in on OLED monitors. There must be a way to disable the 'active app' line on the taskbar. If not MS MUST include the feature ASAP. There MUST be a way to completely go dark/black on a monitor/TV with Windows 10/11 so that there is no burn in on these monitors. I paid $3000 for my LG OLED and now have a ghost 'line' where my taskbar apps are.

This problem has nothing to do with video drivers and yes, it happens on any monitor.

Anyone running Windows 10 can launch any app and then hide the taskbar. When the do, the taskbar has a thin 2 or 3 pixel line across the bottom that is black except for those apps that are active. All active apps show a thin white line above them by design. This allows the user to see which apps are active. Problem is, when taskbar 'hides' it drops down but keeps this thin 2 or 3 pixel line visible by design to users can see active taskbar items.
Problem is, on ANY OLED screen, having a lit area in the same spot over time causes burn in.

This isn't a driver or monitor issue. It is just the fact of OLED displays, burn in, and the fact that taskbar shows this white line above active apps. There must be a way to disable taskbar's feature of showing a white line above active apps. As I mentioned there are many complaints out on the net about this same issue.

Maybe a user here knows how to do a reg hack or some way to stop taskbar from highlighting active apps.

If you are in build number: 14342, I suggest you to follow the steps below to
hide taskbar on second monitor and check if it helps:

• 
  Right click on the Taskbar and Go to
  settings.
  
• 
  Click on the taskbar option.
  
• 
  Under Multiple displays you can turn off the option for
  Show taskbar on all displays.
