Windows 10: How to turn brightness up or down, five levels at a time?

    How to turn brightness up or down, five levels at a time?


    I hate how I have to continuously press the brightness 50 times to get it to where I want it. Is there a way I can change it to go up or down in fives? Or can I at least change it so I can hold the button down and it will keep going until I release it?

    Windows 10: Brightness Settings

    The troubleshooting steps above fixed my problem, which was that the screen was too dim while brightness level was stuck at max level. Proper brightness is now restored and responds to my up or down commands...

    How come my display monitor turned into full bright after having Windows 10?

    After installing (upgraded from Windows 8.1) to Windows 10, display of my laptop monitor became too bright. I tried lowering the level by adjusting the control (fn and brightness icon) but even if I move the level from lowest to highest, no change in the
    brightness level occurs. I also tried adjusting the brightness level through the advanced power settings feature. This did not change anything. Prior to installing Windows 10, my brightness control level was working. How do I resolve this issue?

    Press and hold the keys down until it's as bright or dim as you want.

    I don't think that is what I'm talking about, I just want to be able to make my screen brighter or dark with "FN + F3 or F2" quicker then pressing the same button 50+ times

    If I do that it only moves up or down one level, I have held the button down to turn the brightness up for 10+ seconds but it only moves up one level
