Windows 10: How to turn off ctrl alt shift popups with wacom tablet.

When I am using my Wacom tablet, whenever I push Ctrl, Alt or Shift on the keyboard, a tiny distracting popup box shows on the screen “Alt” “Alt+Shift” etc. In Wacom Tablet Properties>Mapping, when I disable “Use Windows Ink”, the popups disappear but the pen sensitivity stops functioning.

Wacom tablet circle around cursor and popup of Alt Ctrl Shift

Hi I hope someone can help as this is driving me mad and stopping me from working.

I've been using a Wacom tablet for years and encountered the various quirks that I can't believe anyone would want as a default setting including the circle around the cursor when you hold down the pen and the Alt Ctrl Shift popups underneath the cursor.

I've found various solutions to these over the years. Going into gpedit and enabling turn off pen feedback (!!!) turning off Pen & Ink and disabling the hold for right click option.

All of these are applied to my PC.

However, today my PC has started doing these frustrating and pointless actions again. I've checked all the settings to disable the circle etc but it's still happening.

Can anyone help?

I currently can't use my Wacom tablet in Avid Media Composer as when I try and move along the timeline it keeps right clicking.

ctrl+shift+0 not working

It turns out this is actually a problem on Wacom's end. The tablet button configuration window simply can't recognize ctrl+shift+0 for some reason. I know this because I was able to program a button on my mouse as a shortcut to ctrl+shift+0, yet the button config still couldn't. I'll relay this issue to Wacom support

CTRL+SHIFT+8 and some others not working

Okay thanks. Didn't know that tool.
It does list Ctrl+Shift+, 3 & 8. But it doesn't say what they're registered to. (And nothing seems to happen when I press them.)

The tool turns up a very short list, by the way, compared to the screenshots on that site. Just these three plus:
Hot Key : Alt+Ctrl+Delete
Hot Key : Alt+Ctrl+J (I know what this is from)
Hot Key : Alt+Ctrl+K (Kindle)
Hot Key : Alt+F4
