Windows 10: How to turn off Dynamic Contrast Win 10?

This feature has been bugging me for so long and I can't seem to find a working solution.I have a desktop PC, so no light sensors or anything so right now I'm not talking about Adaptive Brightness, when the laptop changes the backlight intensity of the screen depending on the level of lighting in my room.I'd like to turn off Dynamic Contrast completely - so whenever I'm switching between an Excel sheet with white background and a dark webpage I want my screen to not change it's contrast, instead stay on the same, constant level.I've already edited the registry - with no success set default

• Under Choose a theme, select a high contrast theme from the drop-down menu, and then select Apply.

• To turn high contrast mode on or off from the sign-in screen, select the Ease of Access button in the lower-right corner and choose High Contrast.
• To turn high contrast on or off from the keyboard, press left Alt + left Shift + Print
