Windows 10: How to turn off keboard turbo mod?

Hi.I can't type too much because I'm getting a cancer while typing.Currently There is a feature Called: Turbo Mode. It will make your keyboard click repeatedly while holding your keyboard. Unlike the normal keyboard that will just hold the keys. None of Windows Feature Helped me Bounce &.... And even Changing The registry for custom Bounce time not gonna help in video Games.Pls help

powercolor x800gto

Is it possible to do the modding from the article here step by step with this card and have it work?
It's not sapphire and it isn't named gto2.

Any suggestions?

I surely hope so because I just ordered the Powercolor x800gto !

Turbo CPU

I have a aasrock h270m pro4 mainboard. This minboard has a turbo CPU setting.
Is this turbo feature save to be turn on to increase speed. Is it safer than manual overclocking ?
What the difference between turbo feature and manual overclocking ?
