Windows 10: How to turn off keyboard language popup? Microsoft please HELP

I updated my windows10 from 1800 to 2004 version and now i faced with problem - everytime i switch language via Shift+Alt i get ANNOYING keyboard lagnuage popup in the right section.


Example:




It is especially annoying in software which i run as administrator. And a little bit better if i run without administrator, but it is not helpful in my case.


I tried everything:

1 Notification-assistent which supposed to BLOCK notifications BUT STILL DOES NOT DO ITS FUNCTION!:

2 Turned off notifications for changing input:

I see threads 1 year old with same problem for 1903/1909 versions and looks like it is still not fixed. I can't describe how upset, tired and angry i am because everytime i update windows i always get problems.

Windows 10 issue: Chinese language popup

I suggest you to change the Keyboard language and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps.

• Type Language in the search bar.
• Launch Edit Language and Keyboard Options from the search list.
• Under Languages look for the list of language.
• If you are able to find out the Chinese language, right click on the language and Remove it.

Keyboard language mess up

• What is the make and model of the computer?
  
• When you say that your preferred keyboard language disappeared or was deleted, did you try reinstalling it?
  
• If yes, were you able to reinstall it?
  
• If No, what happens when you try to reinstall it or any other keyboard language?
  

Kindly provide some more details so that we can suggest the appropriate troubleshooting steps.

Meanwhile, make sure that Windows is up to date. I would suggest to create a new user account and see if you can add/remove the keyboard languages.

The extra keyboard layout keep adding to my language bar (with Pics)

Hi Panupong,

The updated Windows 10 may have detected your language, the reason why it automatically gave you the other Thai US keyboard. To correct this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Click on the Start Menu, type in region and language settings and select it.
• Under Languages, select Thai Kedmanee keyboard and click Remove.
• Lastly, add it back by clicking Add a language.

After these steps, your keyboard layout will permanently stay with Thai Kedmanee keyboard.
