Windows 10: how to turn off sleep and charge mood

hii have a RGB headphone and when i put my lap top on sleep or even when i shut it down, the light of RGB remain on.it's bothering me, if anyone could help me i would appreciate it. thank. BTW i'm using windows 11

I understand that the system is not charging and after sleep mode the system is not waking. We will help you.

To assist you better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

• What is the make and model of your PC?
• Are you able to enter to the desktop?
• Are you getting any message as Plugged in but not charging?

Even though you have tried to power drain I suggest you to try the below steps again and check if it helps.

• turn off the computer and remove the battery and AC adapter.
• press and hold the power button for 1minute and
  reconnect the AC adapter
• turn ON the computer and continuously tap F2
  to boot into the BIOS, when you're in,
  press F9 to load defaults and press F10 to save and exit.
• boot into Windows (while still having just the AC adapter plugged-in) then reinsert the battery after shut down.

Battery not charging in running time.

when I plug-in my charger in laptop windows 10 not charging but only shows white LED constantly. but when it in sleep mode or shutdown my lapton charging and red LED shows it function. it not charging in running condition noly charging in sleep mood or power off.

 

Toshiba Laptop Not Holding Battery Charge

attached is a pic of the internal of the laptop there does NOT appear to be a CMOS battery what should my next steps be? - fully charge existing battery and see if i remove it and install back teh next day whether its still fully charged? - charge the battery for 18 hours to charge the internal CMOS battery? - suggestions please as Im not sure
