Windows 10: How to turn off the annoying notification?

Hello! There is a window that shows "You'll need internet for this" pops up again and again. I know my pc isn't connected to the internet. But the notification is really annoying. How can I turn off this notification?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Turn off icloud storage notifications on Windows.

I have done this (the steps described above) and iCloud seems to be able to turn the notifications back on. In other words, when the system is rebooted, the annoying notifications from iCloud reappear. The fact that I went into the settings and turned off
these notifications-- including left-clicking on them/drilling down to specifically turn off everything-- seems to be meaningless.

Most annoying. Makes me want to remove iCloud from W10.

• In the search box in Windows 10 type Settings and select "Settings Trusted Windows Store App"
• Click "System"
• Click "Notifications & Actions"
• Scroll down to "Show Notifications from these apps"
• find "iCloud" and turn it off
• This works for other offending app notifications
