  1. How to turn on Backup Apps and Preferences


    Hi,I have two computers.One is older and other one I have recently purchased.Now yesterday I signed in on the new one..But my Settings and preferences were not synced.In the old computer this is what it is showing..The "remember my preferences" is on still they are not syncing whereas in the new computer all is enabled still they are not syncing..They "Remember my Apps" feature is also not getting enabled.It is blanked

  2. File Hisitory is making too many PST backups

    Thank you for the response. We suggest managing your File History by setting how often it can save copies and how long it will keep the files.

    To do this, please follow these steps:

    • Go to Settings.
    • Select Update and security.
    • Choose Backup.
    • On the left side, click More options.
    • Choose See advanced settings.
    • On the right side, Turn off the File History.
    • Then, on the left side, click on Advanced settings.
    • Next, look for Save copies of files and choose your preferred option.
    • Then, on the Keep saved versions, choose your preferred option as well.

    [HELP]Image recovery issues

    Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
