    In order to assist you with the issue you are facing, please reply to the following questions:



    • When you say, “The white light on my touchpad” which light are you referring to?
    • What is the exact model number of your computer?
    • Are you aware of any changes made on the computer recently?


    In the meantime, I suggest you to refer the steps in the article
    How to turn the backlight on and off     and check if the Illumination setting is available for Touchpad in the console.

    power light turns off and on

    wwan status light is always turn on

    I would like to have more understanding with the issue and would appreciate if you could provide the following details so that we can assist you better:


    • What is the model of the device?

    • What exactly do you mean when you say" I cannot turn off wan status light "? Does network work regardless of light is on and when you try to turn off the light, though lights do not work, does the network
      get connected?
    • Are you facing any network issues apart from the current issue?
