Windows 10: How to type with Hebrew vowels after Hebrew Keyboard added. Just won't type vowels.

I have windows 11 with the Hebrew keyboard downloaded by using adding a new language. I can type the Hebrew block letters but can not type and vowels., When I added the Hebrew language to my English language keyboard it only gave me the option of Basic. My question is there another option beside basic that maybe would have the vowels and if so how would I add that. Also on my old version of windows I think I held the cap lock key and alt key but now not sure. I have tried that on window 11 and others but still no luck. I have installed the Hebrew language pack and have a physical Hebrew keyboard. How do I type vowels (nikkudot) in MS Word? There used to be two keyboards, Hebrew (with vowels) and Hebrew Standard (Without), but now there is only one, and I cannot figure out how to access the vowels. And for the love of all that's holy, don't tell me to use the character map. Thank you.

While I appreciate your taking the time to respond, these answers are not what I am looking for.

1) The first link illustrates the correct solution, which no longer works because MIcrosoft has eliminated the virtual keyboard which contains these vowels. Also, the embedded link at that site is dead.

2) The second link actually works, but it's cumbersome and clunky... but I consider it the best kludge in the absence of what Microsoft should be providing.

3) The third and fourth links are the equivalent of using the character map, that is to say, essentially useless for typing any significant amount of text.

To repeat what I said in my question, when the Hebrew language pack was installed, there used to be two keyboards, Hebrew (with vowels) and Hebrew Standard (Without). Now there is only one, and the vowels don't work. Why? Where is it? Why would Microsoft deprecate an essential function of a language?

What I want to know is, where can I find the correct virtual keyboard that includes the vowel points they way it used to be?
