  1. How to un-own app?

I was having trouble loading videos on Crunchyroll, so I thought that it might be beneficial to reinstall the app. I uninstalled it by going to the start menu, searching the program, then right clicking on it and pressing "uninstall." When I search it in the start menu now, it says "Install app", but when I open the windows store to install the app again, the install button is gray and above it it says "You own this product." When I go to "My Library" crunchyroll still appears in my owned apps, but the launch button is replaced by an exclamation mark. When I hover over the exclamation mark, it says "Crunchyroll does not work on this device," even though it has worked great in the last few months I've used it. I have restarted my computer multiple times but the same thing happens every time.

    :)

Mail app will not open on 10041.

    Hello Adam,

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it. *Smile

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

    • Open powershell as administrator
    • Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
    • Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

Mail app will not open on 10041.

    Hey Shawn,
I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
    Go figure!

    How to un-own app?

Programs Missing From Control Panel List

I was able to get rid of XNVIEW by downloading it and using it's own uninstaller.
Have tried method suggested by Pyramid 10 with photoscape without success.
Can't figure out how to do what is asked.

    Your next suggestion?
