Windows 10: How to unblock Account

Guys I Need Your Help !! I was Created New Microsoft Account , Wich is signed in my windows 11 , after i change os to Windows 10 , my 2 drive is locked with bitlocker , and its need key , when i started to recover my account , its say me i have too many attempts and my account is blocked , what i can do to solve this problem ?? help me * Moved from Community Center

Remove account

Based on the error message that you are getting, you can unblock a software by following the steps below:

• Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools button.
• Click Internet Options.
• Go to the Content tab, look under the Certificates section.
• Click on Publishers button.
• Select the Untrusted Publishers tab.
• Select the publisher you wish to unblock and click the Remove button.
