Windows 10: How to undo creation of user account?

Could somebody please tell me how do I undo what I've done?I tried to disable the login on my Win 10 Pro Home Theater PC following this - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/turn-off-windows-10-login-screen-on-startup/fda83de1-4fbd-40ae-bea0-677c6aad1a07 Usinng NETPLWIZ I was not able to uncheck the box that reads - "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer”, so I created a second user account. Now, at power up - "The user name or password is incorrect. Try again" - is displayed. Press OK and 2 user accounts with same name are displayed. The lower

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Undo/Un-sync Administrator Account tied to a Microsoft Account

I can't rename my user account

  Are you using a Microsoft account or local account?
  

If you are using local account, I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the user name.

Please follow the steps to rename the user account in Windows 10.

a. In the search box, type user accounts and click on User Accounts.

b. Click on “Change your account name”

c. If it’s prompting for password please enter and click on Yes. If you do not have password click on Yes.

d. Enter the new user name.

e. Click on change name.
