Windows 10: How to unfreeze a zoomed in screen?

My little sister has a Latitude 5580 and for the last two days now the entire screen has been zoomed in so much so that only the bottom right corner where the power button is. I’ve done a factory reset, I’ve just run diagnostics and nothing says it’s wrong. I’m currently running a Pre-Boot System Assessment and it also says nothing is wrong. We’ve tried all the “zoom out” button combos, and we literally can’t open any settings or apps because the only thing on the entire screen is that tiny right corner. I don’t know much about computers whatsoever but any and all advice I’ve found online does

TPU Capture Auto Zoom

Not sure where else to post this since it isn't listed in the TPU Software section. But when I hit print screen it instantly zooms in. If I try to take a fullscreen shot it only takes the zoomed in window. Any ideas here?

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

• If you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down the Ctrl key, and then scroll the wheel to zoom in or out.
• From the keyboard, you can increase or decrease the zoom value in 10% increments. To zoom in, press Ctrl + (+). To zoom out, press Ctrl + (-). To restore the zoom to 100%, press Ctrl+0.
