Windows 10: How to uninstall 2024-11 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for...

The latest update 2024-11 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems KB5046740 blocks my usage of my military CAC, preventing me to utilize Azure Virtual Desktop AVD. According to the AVD helpdesk I should be able to uninstall the latest update in order to allow me to use AVD for military purposes when I am not on a military installation. How can I uninstall it?

It will be released in Retail around September or October. In case you want to test it now, sign in to WIP and choose Release preview channel.

I have been trying to update 2024-01 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034204), but whenever I try to download and install, I am getting the following error Install error - 0x80070002
