Windows 10: how to uninstall duplicate apps

Duplicate updates

Gave your suggestion a try, but all the updates are still listed. If it wasn't for being out of installs for Office 2010, it would be interesting if an uninstall of it would remove the updates. Edit: Solved the problem "my way", uninstalled all the duplicates and then blocked them wushowhide - Office still works. Sorry Compumind, but let me say thanks now.

 

How do I remove duplicate icons from the "all apps" list???

I have the same problem with duplicate icons in the Windows 10 "All Apps" list. I ran system file checker (sfc) and it did not remove the duplicates. sfc found two Microsoft Edge files that were corrupt but I would guess that is unrelated to the All Apps
list. Doing a reset does require me to reinstall some applications so I would prefer not to do that with work.

It's hard to believe that you can't just delete icon without uninstalling the applications to eliminate the duplicate icons.

Any other suggestions?

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused
