Windows 10: how to uninstall skizze pen

This app keeps showing up on my device manager even after I uninstall it please help!!! Its causing my system to crash

no Skizze pen and drives installed, but Skizze pen appear on other device nods with !, after disabling and deleting, after rebooting the PC, the Skizze pen appear again, how to remove it definitively? Thank you
