    How to uninstall update KB5031354

Starting Oct. 12 suddenly have a problem using my smart TV to display my PC screen. With HDMI cable attached the video freezes and the audio continues to play on both devices. When the audio is muted the video runs normally. When HDMI cable is disconnected the PC video and audio runs normally. Have tried three different browsers each with the same problem. I suspect update 2023-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5031354 started my problem. I cannot find an uninstall option in Update History. How can I uninstall this update?

    :)
