Windows 10: how to unlink the activation key from an old user's account?

a friend bought me this pc as a gift the pc comes with windows 11 pro, he opened the laptop and signed in with his email to check the lab and the activation key was linked to his account not mine. after resting the laptop there was a problem with the activation key i followed a tutorial to get the activation key from my pc registry I guess don't really remember how i got the activation key but i tried many thing such as registry, cmd and shell don't really remember which one worked but it i am sure it didn't need internet or installing any software, I used it to activate my windows and it work

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.

My microsoft is currently linked to 2 windows activation keys and I want to unlink one of them as I want to change my windows ssd. What shall I do to unlink the one of the windows activation key from my microsoft account?
