Windows 10: How to unlock account when the phone number is wrong and the recovery form doesn't work

I had to create a new account to make this, my actual account has been locked because I've tried my password too many times. I've tried literally everything to unlock it to get into it and nothing is working. The phone number for the verification isn't the one I put in because I've never had a phone number that ends in that. I've also never sent emails from this account, so I don't have enough information to recover it according to the recovery form. It's beyond infuriating that this is a seemingly consistent issue because this isn't the first time it's happened and it's not even the wrong pas

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Regarding 2FA, I suggested it because your phone number is still connected to your hacked account. As soon as you get back your account using your phone number, you can make it more secure by setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) to avoid getting hacked again in the future. However, since you mentioned that you are receiving the verification code to your phone number but Microsoft doesn't allow you to use it for some reason, can you let me know what issue or error message you are facing?

Try using the recovery link below. If you are able to recover your account since your phone number is still connected, that would be great.

If not, you need to keep filling out the Microsoft recovery form twice a day, providing all the information you have. Microsoft or any other platform can't recover the account unless the user provides full information to prove ownership due to user security. This recovery process is fully automated, and I hope the hacker didn't change your phone number and other details of your account. In this case, a Microsoft agent might not be able to help you directly.

Account recovery not working

I'm sorry that your account was compromised. If you can no longer send the verification code to your phone number or alternate email address, then most likely the hacker already changed your security info or removed it. What you can do in this case is to submit a recovery form and provide as many details as you can to prove account ownership. I suggest following the steps in the link below.
