Windows 10: How to unlock Bitlocker key recovery when your account doesn’t show you have a key?

I have been going in circles and can’t seem to get anyone from Microsoft support on the phone or in chat. My computer updated and needs the Bitlocker key password, which I did not set up, or is shown in my account. How do I bypass this using the command prompt?

No, no other accounts.

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?

My computer is locked by BitLocker and the recovery key is not showing in the Microsoft account (the device is listed). How can I generate/retrieve the key (I don't have it stored anywhere)?
