Windows 10: How to unlock device when recovery key lost.

Hi Everyone.


My problem, When window was updated then Bitlocker active and required recovery key 48 character(number) to unlock device.




But i don't enable bitlocker and turn on bitlocker on partition(C,D,E).




Question 1: Could Bitlocker enable when window update?

Question 2: Can unlock device (hardisk) and recovery Data?


Sure, We don't enable bitlocker. How to recovery or solution to repair my problem.

To get the recovery key, please follow the steps below:

• Log in to your Microsoft account in a PC browser: https://account.microsoft.com/.
• Click on the "Devices" tab and then the "Your devices" option on the drop down menu. Scroll to your device.
• The option should appear in the device listing to see the recovery code.

Update us on the result.

For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),
