    Hi all,Having experienced the issue of indexing pausing with no traditional solution in sight, I took to the internet in search of some information which led to a positive outcome. If, like me, you are one of the many that have run troubleshooter with little success; try the steps below to hopefully resolve. 1. Type the word 'run' into search or press the Windows key + R2. Type 'services.msc'3. look down the list under Name for the process 'Windows Search'4. Select the process Windows Search and right-click5. Select 'restart'Hopefully, your indexing tool is fully operational once more. Kin

    Just restart the computer, the indexing service will be unpaused and running after OS startup.

    Big problem for me--the solution did not work--the indexing did not rebuild nor did it continue indexing--it is stuck on "pause" and pause is now greyed out. What can I do?
