Windows 10: How to unpause my Microsoft security scan when it’s stuck on one file?

Hi! I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this! Earlier today I think my laptop for infected with some type of Trojan virus. And the first picture show all the pop ups that showed on my screen. I turned off my internet connection and didn’t click any of them. I directly went to windows defender to do a quick security scan and it did find a threat called “TrojanClicker:Win32/Doplik.Q” which was labeled as a severe threat. I tried to take action and put it into queen time and even tried to use the remove action. It said it was successful but the pop ups didn’t go away. So I pro

If not, suggests deeper problems. To which uninstall option are you referring? (A picture is worth...)

1) Where can I find a list of files included in latest (quick) scan.?

2) Where can I find a list of file type default not included in a scanning?

3) Where can I find the list of disks included in the next scanning?

What happen to Microsoft essential can`t do full scan

I would appreciate if you could answer a few questions to narrow down the issue in order to provide you with better assistance.

• Are you talking about Windows Defender or MSE, as in windows 10 we have Windows Defender preinstalled?
• Do you have any other security software installed?
• Are you getting any error message/code when it get stuck while performing full scan?
