    How to update app in Microsoft Store while having personal microsoft account?


    Back a few years ago, I put an app in the Microsoft store and the app is still in the store and you can still download it.When I summited the app, I paid $35 for a developer account and Microsoft said it was a one time fee. At the time it allowed me to use a personal Microsoft account to as the main developer account, and I never saw any status email messages about the developer account and assumed it was still active because I was still getting emails about app downloads and sales, etc.So recently I've been doing some bug fixes and have a slightly better version of the app and tried to do an
