    i have been trying to update my laptop from windows 8 to a windows 10 or 11, and have seen a lot of tutorial videos but none of them seem to help. the media creation tool does not work, and other ways also do not work, so if anyody knows how i can update my laptop, which an old model ut not so old. thank you.
