Windows 10: How to update graphics without monitors working

Hi! I recently got new monitors for my gaming pc, everything works until I log into my pc, my wallpaper displays for a few seconds then goes white, it does this repeatedly. I cant even access my apps or windows option in the bottom left corner. Everyone is telling me to update my graphics card, but I cant access anything to do so, not even settings, all I see is white and then my wallpaper displays, and it’s a repetitive cycle.Ive already checked all my wiring on the monitors and pc, i’ve also already taken my RAM out and put it back in, I don’t know what to do.

• Are both of the monitors not working just like what the original poster was experiencing? If yes, have you tried disconnecting one of the monitors? What was the outcome?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

• What is the make and model of your device?
• What exactly happens when you try to connect to external screen?
• Were you able to see any error code/ error message?

Please perform some of the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps:

Method 1: Update/Install the Display Adapter driver.

I suggest you to install/update the Display Adapter driver.

Steps to install the drivers for the Display Adapter:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys from the keyboard to open
  Run command.
  
• 
  In Run window type devmgmt.msc.
  
• 
  Then in Device Manager, right click on Display Adapter.
  
• 
  Expand Display Adapter, right click on
  Graphics driver and select Update Driver Software.

There are several possible reasons why your LCD monitor suddenly stopped working. It could be that the graphic driver is outdated or could be the cable used is already damaged.

For us to isolate this problem, we would like to ask the following information:

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue?
• Have you installed any updates?

In the meantime, please try the following suggestions and see if your laptop will detect the LCD monitor:

• Update the graphic card driver. Check out Update drivers in Windows 10 for the steps.
• Use another cable. Try using another VGA cable to connect the LCD monitor to the laptop.
• Connect the LCD monitor to another computer. To help us isolate the issue, try connecting the LCD monitor to a different computer.
