Windows 10: How to Update to Latest Version of Windows 7 Ultimate, which came in early 2020/January?

So I was using Windows 10, But it was Having Hanging And lag issues so Much that I was Forced to Downgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate. So when I downgraded it is having the First Version of windows which came in 2009, But now some software's are asking for New Updates. I visited Microsoft Catalog for Updates, but it was giving me error that my PC is not Supported..So, Now I am asking for help as I am a New Tech Content Creator so I need some Software"s to do My Work So Please Help Me.Thank You Bhargav Sharma

A QUESTION REGARDING THE UPDATES OF WINDOWS 7 SP1 ULTIMATE

Well there is one thing you will be able to get security updates that came before January 14 2020 but Windows 7 is no longer safe to use anymore so I suggest Windows Embedded POS Ready 7, It's basically Windows 7. Just look it up on YouTube it's like Windows
7 and it will be at least supported until 2021.

 

Windows 7 with Internet 11 after January 2020

Will I still be able to use Windows 7 with Internet Explorer version 11 after January 2020?
