Windows 10: How to update Windows shortcuts when copying to another drive

Hi,I have a few hard drives with tons of data, some of which are shortcuts to files on other drives and folders. I'm consolidating these drives into a single larger drive. How can I easily update the shortcuts so they all point to the correct new file locations?

The message that appeared on your screen may have occurred due to the possible missing files if you'll try to copy it that way. We suggest that you follow these steps on how you can copy the file together with it's properties:

• Right click on the application (Bully) and click Properties.
• On the application properties window, under the Shortcut tab, click
  Open File Location.
• The File Location window will open.
• Select everything. Copy and paste it to the external drive.
• The copying process may take a while depending on the type of files.

  Click file explorer from the list.
  
• 
  Select the CD/DVD drive and hit Enter.

  Select the files you want to copy from the CD/DVD, then select the drive where you want to paste or save.

Replacing old hard drive, need way to copy Windows installation across

Hey Guys,
What would be the best way of copying/imaging the entire contents of an old system drive over to a replacement hard disk for the same machine? I need to copy the Windows installations and all other data to the new drive, and then format the old drive to use as a backup.

Any suggestions? *Smile
