    How to upgrade From 32bit to 64 Bit


    Hi All
    I installed windows 10 pro in my PC. and the version is 32bit
    And i have also An ISO file of windows 10 64bit.
    And I want to upgrade my windows 10 to 64 bit.
    So is it possible without losing any data to upgrade my windows to 64bit?
    I do not want a clean install of windows , Because I installed a lot of apps in windows ,
    If there is any solution then please post here

    Can i still upgrade to 64 bit windows 10 after free period?

    If the previous OS installed on your laptop was 32bit you will only receive a free upgrade to a 32bit W10 OS.

    If you wish to upgrade your laptop (which is 64 bit enabled) to a 64bit version of W10 you are required to purchase a 64 bit version.

    Upgrading from 32 bit to 64 bit was not part of the free upgrade system.

    How to upgrade From 32bit to 64 Bit

    There has never been an upgrade path from a 32 to 64 bit OS (any version). A clean install is necessary.
