  2. Old version of the map after upgrade to 2.0

    Hi,

First of all: I live in Prague, Czech Republic , and I just made an upgrade to the version 2.0 of the Nokia Maps.

After the upgrade I was able to start the application even with the old map, and I see a significant progress – I saw the buildings, not only the streets.

But after it I made a mistake: I reload a new version of the map, as it was recommended by map loader.

After it I stop to see the buildings again. But when I get home I got even worse surprise: My street is missing on the map (It was here in the old version, I even defined my home in favorites by address). The street itself is already 3 years old.

The most probably reason: The new maps has logo of Navteq and the old one was from Tele Atlas.

My question is: Can I somehow load the old maps with the version 2?

I also would like to know if it’s possible somehow to load the map of Israel? It’s in the list of not routable maps, but not presented in the Map loader.

    Thanks!

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

How to upgrade from very old to old Win10 version (not NOT newest)?

    Delete old version of windows

    Hi Erle,

Some running files or services may be preventing you from deleting the old version of Windows on your computer, or there may be a conflict regarding permissions. We'd like to know some things to get a better picture of the problem and help you resolve it.
    Please answer the following:

    • Are you trying to delete the Windows.old folder?
    • What error do you get when deleting the file?
    • Did you find the Previous Windows installation(s) file when you ran Disk Cleanup?
    • How long has it been since you upgraded the computer to Windows 10?

You can try the suggestions shared by SpiritX MS MVP on this
    page
to permanently delete the folder of your previous operating system.

Let us know if any of the steps work for you.

We'll be glad to offer additional assistance if needed.

    Regards.
