Windows 10: How to upgrade from Win 11 Home to Win 11 Enterprise

Hi all, seeking some licensing guidance for one of our customers. I have setup a spare laptop that was pre installed with Win 11 home. After reading some guides, I found one that advised to upgrade to enterprise using a MS E3 license, I fist need to upgrade to Win 11 Pro using a default key. So I turned off the internet and inputted the default key which worked fine, but after Entra ID joining the laptop using our admin account, windows is still deactivated, and still on Win 11 pro. I then logged in as the user to see if it would give me an option to upgrade but nothing popped up. Is anyone ab

Upgrade to Win 11

Trying to upgrade laptop to Win 11. My processor is listed on Microsoft compatibility list as one that will work with Win 11, but the health check says it won't and therefore will not allow upgrade. All other items on list are ticked green. Any advice please?
