Windows 10: How to upgrade from windows 8.1 to 10 or 11 with samsung all 5 and 1 computer?

Hello I' am having issues trying to buy a license for home use on the Microsoft website. I am able to see the site where you can download a license key for windows 11 but it wont let me go any further. Should I just go out and buy a windows 11 cd and try to install it on my older pc. The system is windows 8.1 with 64 bit operating system and full windows touch screen support 3.19 useable gb. I was unable to also use the Windows media installation tool to try and download windows 10 on the pc. I doubt that the system I have will meet windows 11 system requirements and i don't have a lot money

How to reinstall Windows 10 if my computers used the free upgrade from 7 and 8?

Will windows 10 still accept the license keys from 7 and 8 now if I reinstall my computer?

Does Microsoft keep a list of users who upgraded to Win 10 using their 7 and 8 keys so that when users need to reinstall windows 10 the old keys would work?

Do I need to call in Microsoft to ask them to activate my Windows 10 when I give them my win 7 keys?

Both computers are laptops. The windows 7 machine had the serial printed on the back, and I needed to enter that when I upgraded to 10. The windows 8 machine had the serial built in inside its boot system so I didn't need to enter the key when I upgraded to 10, but I did manage to write down the keys using a fetcher program.

 

Windows 8 Upgrade Streamlined to 11 Clicks

8 clicks too many IMO, unless of course there are issues that the user needs to resolve. 11 is far too many. WHAT are they thinking that "11" is a goal to trumpet! Really, 1 click to accept install, 1 click to accept license agreement, and 1 click to confirm default standard installation not custom.

(Actually, today, it is 12 clicks too many. You shouldn't even run the installer and should stick with XP ... *Wink LOL)

 

Upgrading to windows 11

I have a few questions about windows 11...

1. How many GB it is? when my pc suggested the upgrade yesterday, it said it's about 4GB just want to be sure.
   
2. I'm using a windows 10 pro so if I upgrade, will it upgrade to a windows 11 pro?
