How to upload pictures from mobile phone to Windows 11 desktop computer

How do I upload pictures taken with my android mobile phone to my Windows 11 desktop computer? When I had Windows 7 all I had to do was plug my charging cord into the hard drive and it would show camera. I would click on that and the pictures in my phone would upload. How difficult can this be?

    :)

Uploading pictures from phone to computer

I have a T-Mobile android phone. I took pictures at my great nieces wedding this weekend and I want to upload them to my computer. I have not had any luck finding out how to do this. Some places say "drag and drop to desktop" which sounds impossible to me. I need help to figure out how to get them from the phone to PC

Use your USB cable and connect the phone to the computer. It should mount like an external drive. You can open and explore it. Create a folder on your desktop and open it, find the pictures on your phone. Then you can drag and drop or copy and paste the pictures from your phone to the folder you just created on your desktop. I hope this is what you were asking.

Pictures don't get uploaded from Windows 10 Mobile phone to OneDrive anymore

    Hi,

You may follow below steps to resolve the issue:

    • Disable camera backup
    • Go to OneDrive.com and rename Camera Roll folder.
    • Enable camera backup.
This will trigger re-upload of all camera roll pictures from mobile device into the cloud. Kindly make sure that the connection is strong prior completing these steps.

    Keep us posted

    Thank you.
